Avocado Smoothie with Mung Bean Sprouts
The subtle, nutty flavor of mung bean sprouts make them an easy choice for most any smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic mung bean sprouts, loosely packed
- 1 cup coconut milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 ripe avocado
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth and creamy.
