Avocado Smoothie with Mung Bean Sprouts

The subtle, nutty flavor of mung bean sprouts make them an easy choice for most any smoothie. 

Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic mung bean sprouts, loosely packed
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 ripe avocado

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
