
Green Broccoli Sprout Smoothie

Start your morning off right with a nutritious smoothie the whole family will enjoy.
Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli sprouts
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 small green apple, cored and chopped
- ½ medium banana, frozen
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness, if desired.
- Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
