Creamy Cinnamon Lentil Sprout Smoothie

This easy, protein-packed smoothie blends the natural sweetness of dates with cinnamon and nut butter.

Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic lentil sprouts, lightly packed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp natural almond butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ medium banana, frozen

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. If mixture is too thick, blend in milk until desired consistency.
  3. Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
