If you don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, simply email support@TheSproutingCompany.com with your order number and request. Our team will take care of you.

Please note:

• Return shipping is currently the responsibility of the customer
  
• Original proof of purchase is required to process a return
  

Because seeds are food, we don’t accept returns. That said, if anything about your seeds doesn’t meet expectations, reach out. We’ll make it right.

In addition, your sprouter is backed by a 1-year warranty. If anything isn’t working as expected, we’ll fix or replace it.
