Ingredients
- 1 cup salad mix sprouts, loosely packed
- ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp fresh ginger (optional)
- ½ medium banana, frozen
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if the consistency is too thick.
- Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
