Strawberry Clover Smoothie

If you can’t find fresh strawberries, you can substitute frozen ones — simply add additional milk if the texture is too thick.

Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic clover sprouts
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ½ tsp agave syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
