Radish Sprout and Mango Smoothie

Reminiscent of a mango lassi, this smoothie balances the pepperiness of the radish sprouts with creamy yogurt, sweet mango, and warm cardamom. Make it vegan by substituting cashew or almond yogurt.

Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic radish sprouts, loosely packed
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup water 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
