
Radish Sprout and Mango Smoothie

Reminiscent of a mango lassi, this smoothie balances the pepperiness of the radish sprouts with creamy yogurt, sweet mango, and warm cardamom. Make it vegan by substituting cashew or almond yogurt.
Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic radish sprouts, loosely packed
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
