Blueberry-Mint Smoothie with Chickpea Sprouts
You can easily swap almond milk for any mild, plant-based milk (such as oat or coconut), depending on your preferences.
Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup organic chickpea sprouts, loosely packed
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth. If mixture is too thick, slowly add water and blend until desired consistency.
- Divide blueberry mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
