Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie with Sprouts

Our protein-packed lentil sprouts blend seamlessly with sweet berries and creamy nut butter, transforming the classic PB&J into a nutritious, sippable treat. Swap the peanut butter for almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter for a delicious twist.

Serves 2 (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ½ cup protein mix sprouts, loosely packed
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ medium banana, frozen

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more berries or ice.
  3. Divide the mixture into two glasses; serve immediately.
